Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges and refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item(s) back. The item(s) should be unworn and in brand new condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please contact us to notify the company of your request. You must have a return authorization prior to mailing item(s) back. Refunds will be determined upon receipt of merchandise.
If you have received a defective item, we will gladly send a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you will be given the option to select another item of the same value or wait for the product to be restocked.
Refunds and exchanges will not be granted for discounted items (including product “on sale” or purchased with coupon codes).
Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used in the original transaction. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
If Sent From Him shipped the wrong item, the company will send the correct item at no cost to the customer as long as the incorrect item is returned to the company within 10 business days. You must first request a return authorization prior to returning items to Sent From Him Apparel.
Order cancellation must be requested by email within 24 hours of transaction. In the event of a successful order cancellation, original purchase price plus shipping will be refunded back to the credit card used in the purchase transaction. If order cannot be canceled, customer may request a return authorization by contacting us, under the return policy stated above.
